New Patient Consultation: $199
Once you book your new patient consultation, you will receive intake paperwork to complete, along with instructions for submitting your bloodwork testing. This bloodwork is essential to assess your eligibility and establish a baseline for starting testosterone therapy.
Please note that the fee for the initial consultation appointment is nonrefundable. If you qualify for treatment, we will initiate a monthly testosterone therapy plan starting at $225 per month, which covers follow-up appointments, medication, and necessary supplies.

Your lab test will include:
During bloodwork testing for new patient consultation, we assess total and free testosterone levels alongside important markers such as prostate health, liver and kidney function, lipid levels, and thyroid function. Additionally, we evaluate hematocrit and hemoglobin, along with other relevant hormone tests to ensure comprehensive care before starting testosterone therapy.

2) Once you finish the intake forms, you will receive a requisition form to take with you to a lab location for your bloodwork testing.
3) After we receive and review your bloodwork, we will schedule your initial consultation to discuss your needs and explore any possible testosterone therapy individualized treatment plans.
